Grant Completion Report

When Marion County Community Foundation awards a grant, we enter into a partnership with you that we hope will improve the lives of Marion County residents and the communities in which they live.

This completion report is our primary tool in making sure the grant was spent as intended. It is also your opportunity to provide some comments on your experience as the recipient of a grant. With your comments, we hope to strengthen our grant making program by highlighting new directions and issues.

Please submit this form as soon as possible after your project is completed.

We ask for you honest comments in completing this report. This exercise should also help you asses your accomplishments and evaluate your role in your local community.
